Over the last five years, I have worked across product design, project delivery, workflow automation, WordPress development, and digital marketing. On paper, those look like separate disciplines. In practice, they are different ways of solving the same problem: helping businesses move from ideas to outcomes.

It started with design. It became something harder to put in a job title.

It started with design.

I entered the industry as a UI/UX designer. What attracted me most was not the interface work itself. It was the ambiguity that existed before the design. I enjoyed taking unclear problems, conflicting requirements, and incomplete ideas and turning them into experiences people could actually use.

The design was never the interesting part on its own. Understanding the problem behind it was.

Then the scope started expanding, naturally.

At We The Creative, I joined as a freelance UI/UX designer. Over time, the work naturally expanded beyond the design files. I was leading product features from wireframes through prototypes while also supporting project coordination and workflow improvements where projects needed them.

The more projects I worked on, the more obvious it became that great outcomes rarely depend on design alone.

Then Bles Software made it official.

I joined Bles Software on a design contract. During the engagement, the project needed someone to manage timelines, coordinate developers, communicate with stakeholders, and keep delivery moving while design work continued.

I stepped into the project management role while continuing to contribute as a designer.

The transition felt natural because I was already thinking beyond individual deliverables and focusing on whether the product would succeed as a whole.

The skills were never separate.

Managing projects, designing products, building systems, and improving processes all required the same underlying capability.

Systems thinking.

The ability to understand how decisions in one area affect every other part of the business.

That realization changed how I viewed my career. Instead of narrowing into a single specialty, I focused on developing the broader capability that connected them all.

What the years after that looked like

I spent the next three years managing product delivery while continuing to contribute across design and operations.

I coordinated cross-functional teams, managed concurrent product builds, facilitated communication between stakeholders and delivery teams, and helped move projects from concept to launch.

Alongside that work, I became increasingly interested in automation.

I kept seeing talented teams spending hours every week on repetitive operational tasks that could be automated. The pattern repeated itself across industries and projects. Manual processes slowed delivery, introduced errors, and consumed time that should have been spent on higher-value work.

I started building automation systems using Make, Zapier, and n8n. Then I built more.

Over time, those systems evolved from simple workflow automations into complete operational solutions covering approvals, reporting, lead generation, content publishing, infrastructure deployment, and internal business processes.

Around the same period, I became more involved in digital marketing and WordPress development.

I had seen too many well-designed products fail because nobody could find them. A great product without visibility creates little value. Learning how businesses attract, convert, and retain customers became a natural extension of understanding how they operate.

Whether I was designing interfaces, managing delivery, building automation systems, or improving digital presence, the goal remained the same: helping businesses perform better.

Every skill on this website was developed on real projects, under real deadlines, with real outcomes attached to them.

Not because I know a specific tool. Not because I can build a workflow.
